Ginger root is a spice which has been around a long time and is in a wide range of food. You can find it at most marks or large stores selling fruit and veg. Its very low cost and lasts a long time in storage if its left intact. It has also been used as a method of corporeal punishment dating back before the Romans. It was used mainly on female slaves. The oils from the spice cause intense burning sensation when placed within the rectum. The effect takes a few minutes to take effect but once it does the person wearing it will verbally confirm it. After around 20-30 minutes the oils are depleted, all you need to do is shave off more of the root and its good to go again. The sensation starts all over again with the same intensity once the oils build up again.. No actual burning or damage will take place but prolonged use is going to make a very unhappy user.
There are two make uses I use this root for with maximum effectiveness though you can explore other methods which suit your needs. It is also none physical, leaves no lasting or visible marks and works on anyone without an allergy to Ginger. I would also avoid anyone with medical conditions such as Crohns or irritable bowel.
First use is straight up as a method of punishment. It can cause great discomfort and anyone who has tried it will know this. If the user is someone who clenches their bum to make caning less effective, figging can solve this as the user will avoid clenching as this makes figging worse by squeezing out more oils.
Second use is a motivation method. Since it takes 2-3 minutes to take effect, you can use it to make a stubborn or slow person pick up pace and be obedient very quickly. If the user complies you can easily remove the Ginger before full effect takes place. This can be used to your advantage as a leverage.
Things to keep in mind...
When shaping the ginger, ensure a wide stopper end to avoid loosing into the colon.
Fresh Ginger works best, over time is dries out.
Check for any rotten part of the root and bin it before use.
Check medical of the user before its used.
